What this notice covers
This notice covers paddleiq.pro and the early-access form on this website. It does not describe match-video processing in the unreleased PaddleIQ app. Beta participants will receive a separate app notice before uploading footage.
Information we collect
If you request early access, we collect the email address you submit. Our hosting provider may also process standard request information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use your email address to manage early access and send PaddleIQ product updates. Loops processes the address on our behalf as the email provider. New subscribers must confirm their address before receiving marketing messages. We do not sell your email address.
Retention and deletion
We remove signups that remain unconfirmed after 30 days and review contacts with no meaningful engagement for six months. You can unsubscribe through a message we send or ask us to access, correct, or delete the address. We may retain limited suppression records so an unsubscribe request stays honored.
